Because we ship from Canada, if you order from the United States, there may be duties and taxes associated with your parcel. At this time, all of the parcels we have shipped to the US have passed through US customs duty free. However, we have no control over taxes and duties, and, as the receiver, you are responsible for any duties and taxes that might be incurred.
There are extra fees for shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. Please contact us directly at email@example.com so that we can calculate the shipping fee for you.
We ship outside of North America via orders placed through our Etsy Page. Purchasers pay postage outside North America and you get a 30% discount on shipping using their platform so it’s a win-win! Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for orders placed outside North America.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Please allow for 7-21 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) for your ground orders to arrive. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working hard to get you your items as soon as we can.
We use Canada Post for all orders unless you are interested in expedited shipping. Orders to the US via USPS may take longer if orders get held up in customs.
If you receive an item that you believe is damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy help you out.
Please file a claim with the shipping carrier first, then email@example.com letting us know your order number and your specific claim number. Once we receive that, we will work together to come to the best resolution.
