Returns, Exchanges & Our 60-Night Guarantee

At CoolYourSweats, we want you to sleep better, feel better, and shop with confidence. That’s why we offer clear, fair return and exchange policies — including our signature Wear It and Love It 60-Night Guarantee.

Exchanges

🇨🇦 Exchange Policy — Canada

If you’ve ordered the wrong size, we’re happy to help.

  • Orders over $100 CAD
    Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll exchange your item free of charge.
    We’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Simply reuse the original mailer and place the new label over the old one. Your replacement size will be shipped as soon as we receive your return.

  • Orders under $100 CAD
    Exchanges are available with a one-time flat $15 CAD shipping and handling fee.
    Returns (under our 60-Night Guarantee) remain free within Canada.

🇬🇧 Exchange Policy — United Kingdom

If you need a different size:

  • You are responsible for shipping the original item back to us.

  • Once we receive it, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement size to you.

This policy applies to size exchanges only.

🌍 Exchange Policy — All Other Countries (Outside Canada & UK)

For international orders outside of Canada or UK:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending an item back to us.

  • For size exchanges, CoolYourSweats will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Our Wear It and Love It 60-Night Guarantee

We know how hard it is to invest in sleepwear without knowing if it will truly work for you — especially when night sweats are involved. That’s why we stand behind our products with our 60-Night Guarantee.

We encourage you to:

  • Sleep in it

  • Lounge in it

  • Wash it (as many times as needed)

Really live in it — so you know whether it’s right for you.

If, after up to 60 nights, you’re not convinced your CoolYourSweats sleepwear is right for you:

🇬🇧 60-Night Guarantee — United Kingdom

For UK customers:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs under the 60-Night Guarantee

  • Once we receive your return, we will issue a full refund for the product

🌍 60-Night Guarantee — All Other Countries

For customers outside of Canada:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Once your item is received and approved, we will issue a refund for the product

Still Not Convinced Our Sleepwear is the Best for Night Sweats? Try This

If you’re unsure after a few weeks, we suggest going back to your old sleepwear for a night or two and then returning to your CoolYourSweats garment. Most customers immediately feel the difference — in comfort, dryness, and sleep quality.

The Fine Print (But Important)

Sizing & Multiple Sizes

If you order multiple sizes to determine the best fit, we kindly ask that once you’ve chosen your size, you return the unused item promptly and unworn.
As a small, independent company, this helps us continue offering generous guarantees. Thank you for understanding.

When We Cannot Accept a Return

We cannot issue refunds if sleepwear has been damaged beyond normal wear, including but not limited to:

  • Bleach stains (bleach permanently damages the fabric)

  • Tears or holes

  • Alterations, embroidery, or dyeing

  • Excessive shrinkage due to hot washing or drying

Please follow the care instructions carefully — hot dryers will cause shrinkage.
