Moisture-wicking fabric pulls moisture away from your skin and spreads it across the fabric surface so it can evaporate quickly. This helps keep you drier, cooler, and more comfortable throughout the night — instead of waking up clammy or chilled.

How is your fabric different from cotton, bamboo, or synthetics?

Regular cotton absorbs moisture and stays wet. Synthetics often trap heat or feel clammy, bamboo, while breathable, stays wet longer. Our natural hemp-cotton blend is breathable, plant-based, and thermoregulating — it helps you stay comfortable all night without chemicals or coatings.

What does the fabric feel like?

Soft and breathable — similar to a well-worn linen shirt. It’s not silky or clingy, and it gets softer with every wash while maintaining its moisture-management performance.

Will this help everyone with night sweats?

Most customers feel noticeably drier and cooler, especially during menopause or temperature swings. If your night sweats have a medical cause, our fabric can’t treat the condition, but it can dramatically reduce discomfort and interruptions to your sleep.

How do I choose the right size?

Our garments are designed for a relaxed, easy fit. If you’re between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for maximum airflow. You can also check our Size Guide for measurements and fit notes on each style.

Do you offer other colours or styles?

Currently we offer our Simone nightgown and Vanessa PJs in classic black. We are working on new colours. Join our email list for early access to new releases.

Can I order a fabric sample first?

Absolutely. We offer small fabric swatches so you can feel the texture before you buy. It’s a great way to experience the softness and weight of the hemp-cotton blend.

How should I wash and care for my sleepwear?

Machine wash in cool water with mild detergent. Avoid fabric softeners and dryer sheets (they coat fibres and reduce wicking). Tumble dry low or hang to dry — your sleepwear will soften naturally over time. Visit our fabric care page for complete instructions.

Will the moisture-wicking performance fade?

No. Because our fabric’s performance comes from the natural structure of the hemp and cotton fibres — not a chemical finish — it won’t wash out or lose effectiveness.

How long will my CoolYourSweats last?

Our customers often wear their pieces for years. With proper care, your nightgown or PJs will soften but stay strong and breathable wash after wash.

Why does CoolYourSweats cost more than regular pajamas?

We use premium hemp and organic cotton fabric, ethically sewn in small batches in Toronto, Canada. Unlike mass-produced synthetics, each piece is designed for longevity and comfort — helping you sleep better for years, not months.

What makes your products sustainable?

Hemp grows with very little water or pesticides, but processing it takes more electricity — we use a steam-explosion method that avoids the harsh chemicals often used in traditional hemp cleaning. Our fabrics are dyed with low-impact, heavy-metal-free dyes and are fully biodegradable at the end of their long life. We save our fabric scraps and use them in other projects. Where is your sleepwear made?

All garments are designed, cut and sewn locally in Toronto, Ontario, in a fair-wage, small-scale workshop that ensures quality and ethical working conditions.

How Long Is Your Shipping Time?

In Canada we ship by courier or Canada Post and deliveries take anywhere from 2-9 days depending on where you live.

Currently we also ship to the UK, Australia and New Zealand. We ship by Canada Post or courier - whichever is faster and has tracking. It can take between 7-28 days. See our shipping policy for more details.

What is your 60-Night Guarantee?

We offer a "Wear it and love it" 60 night guarantee so you can sleep in it, wash it, live in it to see if it's right for you. If you're not happy, contact us and we'll arrange to take it back and give you a refund. See our full refund policy for details.
