Shipping Policy

What is your shipping policy?

There are extra fees for shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. Please contact us directly at service@coolyoursweats.com so that we can calculate the shipping fee for you.

Do you ship outside of Canada and the US?

We ship outside of North America, to the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland. For other countries we rely on our Etsy Page. Right now, our Etsy page isn't complete due to a technical glitch that Etsy is working on correcting. If you're interested in ordering our products and our forms on this site won't let you order, please contact us directly and we'll see if we can ship to you. There may be duties that need to be paid on your end, depending on your country. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for orders placed outside North America.

What happens after my order is placed?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. 

Please allow for 7-21 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) for your ground orders to arrive. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working hard to get you your items as soon as we can. 

What Shipping Providers do you use?

We use Canada Post and CanPar for most orders. Orders to the US via USPS.

Oh no! I think my parcel has been damaged

If you receive an item that you believe is damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us at service@coolyoursweats.com and we’ll be happy help you out.

What happens if my package was lost, stolen, or misdirected?

Please file a claim with the shipping carrier first, then contact service@coolyoursweats.com letting us know your order number and your specific claim number. Once we receive that, we will work together to come to the best resolution.

Please note that we are not responsible for orders sent to previous addresses that are not updated in your own system (ie., if you move and forget to update your Shopify Shop info). If your order is returned to us, we will resend it to you for a $20 handling charge.
