Light weight jersey knit: 55% hemp, 45% organic cotton. The fabric has a linen-like texture and feel with the added benefit of cotton, which makes it immediately soft and almost wrinkle-free.

Dress: wash in cold water with like colours.

It may seem a little strange to keep track of everything you do, eat, and drink (or don't drink) during your waking hours, but it can help you identify the things that are making your night sweats worse.

Our printable tracking journal can help prompt your memory, or look back on a week's worth of data to help you identify the things that are triggering your night sweats. While caffeine, alcohol, and warm tea right before bed, are common triggers, everyone is different and different things will trigger your body into reacting.

Once you have a handle on what is making your night sweats worse, you can start eliminating or shifting them (ie., drink your tea an hour and a half before bed, exercise before dinner...) to improve your sleep.
