Shipping Policy

What is your shipping policy?

There are extra fees for shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. Please contact us directly at service@coolyoursweats.com so that we can calculate the shipping fee for you.

Do you ship outside of Canada and the US?

We ship outside of North America via orders placed through our Etsy Page. Purchasers pay postage outside North America and you get a 30% discount on shipping using their platform so it’s a win-win! Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for orders placed outside North America.

What happens after my order is placed?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. 

Please allow for 7-21 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) for your ground orders to arrive. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working hard to get you your items as soon as we can. 

What Shipping Providers do you use?

We use Canada Post for all orders unless you are interested in expedited shipping. Orders to the US via USPS.

Oh no! I think my parcel has been damaged

If you receive an item that you believe is damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us at service@coolyoursweats.com and we’ll be happy help you out.

What happens if my package was lost, stolen, or damaged?

Please file a claim with the shipping carrier first, then service@coolyoursweats.com letting us know your order number and your specific claim number. Once we receive that, we will work together to come to the best resolution.
